stuur der Akademie zich vereenigde, dat uitdrukkelijk wierd vermeld, dat, volgens hem, "den redenaar, den toneelschrijver, den componist, door de wet waarborg moet worden gegeven tegen de openlijke bekendmaking, voordragt, uitvoering zijner geestvoortbrengsels, zoolang die niet door hem of met zijne toestemming in druk uitgegeven en algemeen verkrijgbaar zijn gesteld. -- Hij wil daarentegen vrije en onbelemmerde voordragt en uitvoering toekennen aan de stukken, welke gedrukt en in den handel gebragt zijn. -- De herdruk daarvan buiten beschouwing des schrijvers moet alleen verboden blijven."
