Abstract
A letter to the former reporter of the Supreme Court Henry Wheaton from his publisher Robert Donaldson. The letter informs Wheaton of the intention of the current reporter Richard Peters to publish his Condensed Reports, including reports of Supreme Court decisions complied by previous reporters. Donaldson predicts decrease in sales of Wheaton's reports attributable to Peter's new publication and urges Wheaton, the copyright owner, to file a copyright lawsuit.
