Abstract
Three advertisement Posters originally produced by the Courier Lithographing Company for the Great Wallace Circus. The posters' main design was later reproduced by the Donaldson Lithographing Co., resulting in the Bleistein v. Donaldson litigation and the Supreme Court's decision on the issue of originality.
