nach volgt verordent.

Diß artlich buch und künstlich wergk
Gepflanzet auß Orpheus bergk
Getruckt zu lib got vnd der welt
Nun mergk was wirt hiebei gemelt
Das die keiserlich maiestat
Diß buch gefreit vnd bgnadet hat
Keynen trucker zu trucken noch
In zehen iarn bei grossem roch
Vnd straff darzu einr grossen pen
Wie die in dem mandat dann sten
Das thue ich euch verkünden hier
Das keiner sich entschuldig wie
Yin [wenn?] das nit offenbaret wer
Der daß verbrech dem würds zu schwer
