            er weiser herr / Es hat nechst verruckter Vastenmess
            diss jars Anno 33 • Christian Egenolff / ewer Statt Buch-
            trucker vnd burger zu Franckpfort / ein Kreüterbuch
            getruckt / dasselbig zu feylem marckt / offentlich / vnd
            menigklich verkaufft / Welches Kreüterbuchs abcon-
            trafeyte kreüter / so ich nun in das fünfft jares nit
            sonder sorg / mueh / vnd schwerem kosten / erstlich
            zusamen bracht / vnd nach loblicher art / wie vor ange[ben]
            in Truck verfertiget / gedachter Christian hat lassen
            verjüngen /gaentzlich auch nach der meinen vorbildung-
            en / uber genugsame Warnung Kayser. Ma[jestä]t freyheyt /
            mir in dem vnd anderem gnädigklich verlichen /
            nachgetruckt • Darum dann mir ein vnentheblicher /
            grosser schwerer schad erwachssen / vnd mein werck
            hyemit hinderschlagen. Deßhalb ich zum hoechsten ver-
            ursacht / ewer fürnem weißheit darunder anzu-
            suchen / dyenstlicher bitt / gedachten Christian Egen-
            olff dahyn zu weisen / das er sich solicher seiner freuel-
            en / offenbaren misshandlung / auch zugefügten schad-
            ens / mit mir vertrag • so er sonder eehafte vrsach /
            zugegen vorab Kayser. Ma[jestä]t mandat vnd freyheyt ver-
            würckt • damit ich nit weiter verursacht / gegen ym
            ynnhalt meiner verlichenen freyheyt / rechtlich zu proce-
            dieren an ort vnd enden da sichs dann gebürt / / welchs
            ich vß christlichem gemuet / vil lieber vnderlassen /
            vnd absteen wolt • Erman hyemit / vnd rueff an fleh-
            ender bitt / ewer weißheyt wöll auch solich mein
            freuntlichs ansuchen / vß pflichtigem ampt / ein
            ersamen Rath meinen gn[ädigen] herren der Statt Franc[kfurt]
            fürbringen / dise mein forderung an vnd gegen Chris-
            tian Egenolff verlesen lassen / vnd mir hyeruff
            schrifftlich antwort bey disem botten überschicken /
            mein anligend schreiben auch im bessten vernemen •
            Bin ich mit meim willigen dyenst allzeit vrbittlich
