                                    five hundred and fity nine

      at his convenience. Moreover, he declares that
      price of this sale and transfer amounts to
      six thousand reales vellón, which,
      in his view, is just and sufficient, and before
      me and the witnesses, the gentleman duly
      consenting for whom I attest, receives this from
      Mr. Vicente de Lalama in cash. Having
      settled S.C. in accordance with his will,
      the firmest and most effective receipt
      is formalized in favour of Mr. Vicente
      for safe conduct. He renounces the four
      years given by law for rescinding the
      contract or asking for an endorsement to
      its just value as if they had elapsed
      by means of the said caducity, and that
      is just the just price for the works that are
      transferred: and if they were more valuable
      or the value could at any time be higher
      in great or low quantity, this shall favour
      the buyer. This is a perfect and irrevocable
      transfer that the law

      do le convenga. Y declara que el precio de
      la presente venta y cesión es el de la cantidad
      de seis mil reales vellón, que cree justo y
      suficiente, los mismos que recibe del Don Vicente
      de la Lama en moneda metálica á mi pre-
      sencia y la de los testigos el señor otorgante
      de que doy fe, y como satisfecho S.C. á su
      voluntad de dicho una formalizá á favor
      del D. Vicente la más firme y eficaz carta de
      pago que á su seguridad conducta, renunciando
      como renuncia los cuatro años que confieren
      las leyes para poder pedir la rescisión del
      contrato ó suplemento á su justo valor que
      dá por pasados como si efectivamente lo
      estuviesen mediante á que la expresada cadu-
      cidad es el justo precio de las obras que le
      van cedidas: y si más valen ó valer puedan en
      cualquier tiempo del exceso en poca ó mucha
      suma hace en favor del adquirente gracia
      y cesión perfecta e irrevocable que el derecho
