meesters oft meesterssen niet geapprobeert zijnde, zoe voirseyt is, arbitralijcken gecorrigeert sullen worden, nae den eysch vander zaken.

XXXVI.

Ende in abominatie ende detestatie vande conuenticlen ende onbehoirlijcke vergaderingen van alle secten ende gereprobeerde leeringen ende printingen van valsche leeringen ende heresijen, der eeren Gods ende der gemeyne weluaert zoe schadelijck wesende. Willen ende ordineren wy, dat de huysen inde welcke men gepredickt oft onderwesen sal hebben eenige valsche leeringen, herdoopt oft eenige andere exercitie van secten, oft daermen eenige boecken geprint sal hebben, inhoudende valsche ende gereprobeerde leeringe, afgeworpen ende totter eerden toe geruyneert sullen worden, sonder vuytstel oft dissimulatie, zoe verre zulcke huysen den delincquanten ende mesdadigen toebehooren, oft dat t'selue gedaen hadde geweest mit wete, wille ende consente vanden proprietaris oft rentier, zonder de selue huysen daernae wederom te mogen optimmeren, Ten ware by onsen expressen oirloue ende consente.
