We order each and everyone concerned to strictly act accordingly, and also the Procurator-General and all other Officials, in addition to all Municipalities and Justicial Bodies of this Province, to execute and observe the above laid down, as well as to bring, or have brought, proceedings against Infringers, in a manner that is deemed appropriate.
And so that noone could pretend to ignorance thereof, this will be published and put up everywhere where this customarily occurs.
Done in the Hague, under the small Seal of the Country, 8th December 1796. The second year of the Batavian Freedom.

Gelastende wy allen en een iegelyk, die zulks zoude mogen aangaan, om zich naar den inhoude dezes punctueellyk te gedragen, mitsgaders ook den Procureur-Generaal en alle andere Officieren, benevens alle Municipaliteiten en Rechterlyke Collegien van dit Gewest, om het hier voren gestatueerde te doen executeeren en nakomen, als mede tegens de Contraventeurs te procedeeren of te doen procedeeren, invoege als zal worden bevonden te behooren.
En op dat niemand hier van ignorantie zoude kunnen praetendeeren, zal deze alomme gepubliceerd en geaffigeerd worden, alwaar zulks te geschieden gebruikelyk is.
Gedaan in den Hage, onder het klein Zegel yan den Lande, den 8. December 1796. Het tweede jaar der Bataafsche Vryheid.
