6. The superintendence of the publication of the Bulletin, and the responsibility for everything, which concerns the arrangement and organization thereof, will be demanded of, and dedicated to our General State Secretariat.
7. Our Commissioner-General of the Interior will liaise with our General State Secretariat, regarding the implementation of this Decree, which will be brought to the knowledge of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, of the First President of the High Court of Justice, and of the Commissioner-Generals of Finance, War, Navy, and Police, in order to conduct themselves accordingly.
Enacted at The Hague, 18th December of the year 1813, and the first of Our Reign.

6. De superintendentie over de uitgave van het Staatsblad, en de zorg voor alles, wat deszelfs inrigting en organisatie betreft, zal worden gedemandeerd en opgedragen aan onze algemeene staats-secretarij.
7. Onze Commissaris-generaal voor de Binnenlandsche zaken zal zich, met onze Algemeene Staats-secretarij concerteren, nopens de uitvoering van dit besluit, hetwelk mede zal gebragt worden ter kennis van den Secretaris van Staat voor de Buitenlandsche zaken, van den Eersten-President van het Hoog Geregtshof, en van de Commissarissen Generaal van Finantien, Oorlog, Marine en Politie, ten einde zich daarnaar te gedragen.
Gegeven in 's Gravenhage, den 18den december des jaars 1813, en van Onze Regering het Eerste.
