daily. All Municipalities will be obliged to purchase it at their own expense.
4. Our Commissioner-General of the Interior is entrusted with the superintendence of the publication of the Bulletin, and the responsibility for everything, which concerns the arrangement and organization thereof.
5. Our Commissioner-General of the Interior is responsible for the implementation of this decree, which will be brought to the knowledge of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, of the First President of the High Court of Justice, and of the Commissioner-Generals of Finance, War, Navy, and Police, in order to conduct themselves accordingly.
Thus done, 18th December 1813, and the first of Our Reign.

Aldus gedaan, den 18den December 1813, en van onze Regering het eerste.
